We just moved to a new apt complex and when it rains the rain floods our porch, about a 1/4 inch, on the second floor. We don’t have gutters above our apt cause we’re on the second floor of three story apt. The porch is completely screened in, is there anything we can do to stop/fix this? Thanks.

There needs to be rain gutters installed above your porch,
and drained down to the ground..
The only way to resolve the problem.
